All BCPI employees receive a dollar-for-dollar matching, employer contribution of up to four percent (4%) of compensation to a pretax, payroll-deduction 401k retirement savings plan (100% vested upon hire and enrollment in the 401k plan).
All full-time BCPI employees receive:

Short Term Salary Continuation Plan that pays 60% of annual base salary up to $1,750.00 per week, beginning on the fifteenth day of a disability

Long Term Disability Insurance that pays 60% of base monthly earnings up to a maximum of $10,000.00 per month, up to age 65

Educational Assistance for approved job-related courses or seminars, or for undergraduate or graduate college coursework

Long Term Care Insurance that provides $3000/month for 3 years to be used toward the costs of a skilled nursing facility or for certified home care
