Benefits

All BCPI employees receive a dollar-for-dollar matching, employer contribution of up to four percent (4%) of compensation to a pretax, payroll-deduction 401k retirement savings plan (100% vested upon hire and enrollment in the 401k plan).

All full-time BCPI employees receive:

  • Paid holidays
  • Paid personal days that may be used for vacation or when ill
  • Eligibility for our discretionary corporate profit-sharing plan, generally based on our collective fiscal success
  • Comprehensive PPO or HMO medical benefits (to include pharmacy and maternity programs), or payment of the TriCare Prime premium and/or TriCare supplemental health insurance (up to a maximum of $250.00/quarter or $1000.00/year)
  • Dental and Vision Care
  • Adoption Assistance, Employee Assistance Program, and Dependent Care Spending Plan
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in an amount equal to employee’s annual base salary up to a maximum of $50,000.00
  • Short Term Salary Continuation Plan that pays 60% of annual base salary up to $1,750.00 per week, beginning on the fifteenth day of a disability
  • Long Term Disability Insurance that pays 60% of base monthly earnings up to a maximum of $10,000.00 per month, up to age 65
  • Educational Assistance for approved job-related courses or seminars, or for undergraduate or graduate college coursework
  • Long Term Care Insurance that provides $3000/month for 3 years to be used toward the costs of a skilled nursing facility or for certified home care
