BCPI has been working with government agencies to draft policies and improve processes to comply with management reforms since GPRA and Clinger-Cohen were first enacted. Our experts have supported customers in nearly every functional area to develop performance metrics that allowed them to measure outcomes and to achieve their desired results over both the short and longer terms. In direct support of the DoD Business Initiatives Council, BCPI provided extensive functional and analytical expertise to identify, evaluate and implement civilian and military manpower, personnel, and training policy initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of DoD business operations. Today BCPI leads the teams supporting the development and integration of the Enterprise Army Workload Process System (eAWPS) and its associated Resource Management Tool (RMT).
