• Manages BCPI’s HRsolutions Studies and Analysis and Administrative Services Support contract vehicles.
   
• Provides analysis and staff augmentation for community, family and education programs at the national, regional, state, local and installation levels.
   
• Provides technical, consulting, and program planning services in support of business transformation and advanced human resources initiatives.
   
• Conducts individual and collective training on all human resource programs and for implementation of new initiatives or personnel systems.
   
• Develops new and revised human resources policy and plans for implementation. 
   
• Analyzes human resources programs to identify key issues, evaluate current programs, evaluate trends and develop forecasts of future requirements. 
   
• Develops and designs information technology solutions supporting human resources programs and special or ad hoc requirements for contingencies. 
   
• Provides military recruiting and retention support and related administrative services.
