Operating Principles

BCPI has three Central Operating Principles:
- BCPI will provide subject matter experts and administrative and clerical support personnel that arrive on the job with the knowledge, skills and abilities that are needed to get the job done right the first time, every time.
- Every person that BCPI assigns to a project will be known by the customer before they begin.
- When BCPI is not absolutely certain that we can provide people who can deliver cost-effective, top quality results for any part of a requirement, we will team with others who can.
These Central Operating Principles are based on three fundamental beliefs:
- Our customers expect and deserve good people.
- Good people expect and deserve good managers.
- Good managers know how to deliver success; they are problem solvers; they are team oriented; they care about their customers and the people they manage; they tell the truth; they are grown from within; they know how to listen.
