BCPI’s central operating principle and practice of teaming with other companies and people who are especially well qualified to provide products or services we do not provide ourselves, our several prime contracts with substantial ceilings and our ongoing relationships with over 40 large and small subcontractors have resulted in the development of the exceptional contract and program management skills normally associated with our largest partners and competitors.  BCPI does not claim to know how to build a stealth fighter, a tank or an aircraft carrier.  We do know how to build and lead a team that could do it.
